In this Sewing Class, instructor, Jennifer Serr will guide you through the process of Sewing a Basic T-Shirt. You may use one of Jennifer's T-Shirt patterns or one you drafted in a previous class. We will cover basic construction, hem finishing as well as several neck finishes. We will be using a standard sewing machine as well as a serger. Basic Sewing Experience a must. Bring 1 1/2-2 yards of knit fabric or purchase materials from us (see material's fee below). We have lots of great knits to choose from.

Instructor and Sewing Room Owner, Jennifer Serr, has a background in pattern making, garment construction, fitting and couture dressmaking as well as almost 2 decades of teaching experience from school age through college level. *ALL students who have never used a sewing machine before must take our Machine Basics Class before enrolling in any of our Classes and/or Workshops.
